You have been personally invited to join us for the 2025 Fly-In & Food Truck Festival, where we want guest to explore a diverse cuisine! We would like this year's lineup of food trucks to showcase their unique menus and flavors.

 

With only a $50 vendor fee, you can be part of this popular event—just remember, it's refundable only if the event is canceled on our behalf. *

 

Make sure your menu stands out, especially with a price-friendly side menu to delight our youngest guests as this is a big kid-friendly event!

 

Also this event is "Fall" themed, so pumpkin spice "anything" will probably be a hit if the weather is cool enough!  :)

*If you were sent an invite from the Chamber of Commerce and are interested, please sign up within 5 days of the invitation as we will be required to invite the next truck in waiting as limited spots are available

TYLER COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FLY-IN AND FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL

  • A Food Permit is not required for an event outside City Limits in Tyler County, but you are required to provide proof of food handlers license and Sales Tax ID which you can upload of email proof. 

 

  • We do NOT offer refunds to vendor for any reason unless the event is canceled by organizer(s). A full refund will be given if the event is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that would cause the event to be rescheduled or canceled. 

  • Food Trucks are responsible for their own materials i.e., water, generators or power source. Trucks must be self-sufficient. The Affiliates of this event (Tyler County Chamber of Commerce, Tyler County, and Tyler County Airport) can NOT supply or lend products to Vendors.

  • Affiliates of this event are NOT responsible for lost or misplaced items of Vendors.

 

  • Vendors are responsible for always keeping the area neat and clean. All trash must be REMOVED from the area.

 

  • No Booth Sharing or exchanging unless approved by Administrator. Each individual Vendor must be authorized. The assignment of exhibit space shall be solely at the discretion of the Administrator.

 

  • Vendor agrees to indemnify and save Organizers (Tyler County Chamber of Commerce), and any of their affiliates harmless against any and all claims, damages, cost, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from conduct of Vendor, His/Her Agents, Servants, Employees or Licensees. It is further understood and agreed that Fly-In and Food Truck Festival and/any of their affiliates shall not be liable and Vendor waives all claims for damages to person or property sustained by Vendor and Vendor’s Employees, Agents, Servants, Invitees, and Customers while on or about the premises.
